2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, is a brand new version of high end G-Class SUV by Mercedes-Benz. Back in the 1970 when this SUV was built for military vehicle is known for its name as the G-Class, G-Wagen (the original name) or Gelandewagen (off-road vehicle), the SUV first landed officially in America since 2002.
In 2011, Mercedes-Benz introduced the G55 AMG which used a supercharged V8, for 2013 models Mercedes-Benz introduces its new G-class model of G63 AMG. The differences between G55 and G63 models is the late model is more wilder, the twin-turbo V8 powerplant is more larger than the previous models. The G63 AMG's engine can produces 544 horsepower, transmitted with an AMG Speedshift 7-speed automatic. Mercedes-Benz produces all G-Class models with standard 4-wheel drive.
The 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG price starts from $135,000. The competitors such Range Rover Supercharged prices starts from $100,000 and Porsche Cayenne Turbo prices starts from $110,000.
